  • As well as undoubtedly challenging yourself, we understand that those participating in events do so for many reasons – with goals ranging from simply completing the course, to competing to win one’s age division, their event category or the event outright. We, therefore, endeavour to fairly acknowledge the participation of the many while also recognising the achievement of the top few performers at THE GOLDRUSH.

    Acknowledgement of participation

    We try to exceed expectation when it comes to providing event participant returns. Each entrant (individual or team) will receive –
     - some fantastic swag (including event-branded merchandise, sponsored product and discount vouchers) in their race pack at the registration expo;
     - an engraved glass, beverage and pie upon finishing,
     - plus go in the draw to win some amazing spot prizes at the awards ceremony.

    Achievement awards

    Wonderful unique event performance prizes will be unveiled and awarded to the first to third place-getters in each age division in each event category. A total of 114 performance prizes will be up for grabs for individual and team entrants.
