Refuel Drop Bags for Unsupported 145km Riders

Each 145km rider will receive a 2 x Free Refuel Drop Bags they can put food/drink bottles, plus possibly e-bike batteries and bike lights in and have transported to the Midway-Point (the 80km/65km Team Relay Transition and Refuelling Station area) and ¾ Stage Point (the second Refuelling Station approximately at the 115km mark) so they can refuel along the route.  Both marked Refuel Drop Bags will be in all 145km Rider race packs and should be placed in the designated event trailers in Outram, prior to the start on race day morning. Self-supported 145km riders’ empty food packaging/drink bottles and used e-bike batteries must be discarded into their Refuel Bags, and their bags will be on-transported to the Finish Line for re-collection later in the day/evening. Littering on course is strictly prohibited and will be enforced with the associated rider(s) disqualification by event management (no exceptions).
