  • Entry Limits, Team Age Calculation & Parental Consent

    PLEASE NOTE:

    1. The event has limited entries across all event categories, and registration is on a first entered first in basis. Refer to the staggered entry fee changes below.

    2. Teams age divisions are determined by the average age of both members on race day. 

    3. Parental consent is required for all entrants under 15yrs of age on race day.

  • Close of Online Entries & Last-Minute Changes

    Online entries close – 12noon on the Tuesday prior to race day.

    In the final 72hrs before the event Registration Expo opens, if there is any change to tandem and relay team members, the team will need to print out the ‘Late tandem/team member change and Waiver agreement’ form here, complete and bring it with them to the event registration.

    Any new Individual Entries at the Registration Expo will be subject to availability on the day. Please contact to organizers if you would like to enter at the 11th hour.
